Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bersama account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
